We want you to love your Rasikastyle purchase! If not, here’s our policy:

1. Eligibility

   • Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

   • Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

2. Non-Returnable Items

   • Innerwear, accessories, and sale items are not eligible for return.

3. Refunds

   • Refunds are not provided.

   • Only exchange or store credit will be issued once the returned item passes quality check.

4. Exchange Process

   • Raise a request at rasikaenterprises98@gmail.com within 7 days.

   • Customer must ship the product back to our warehouse (unless defective/wrong item sent).

5. Defective/Wrong Product

   • In case of a damaged/wrong product, we will arrange a reverse pickup and send the correct item at no extra cost.
